We strive to ensure that you love our products. However, if you need to return an order, we are happy to assist.

Return Deadlines:

  • Local orders: within 10 working days from the date of delivery.

  • International orders: within 30 working days from the date of delivery.

Returns submitted after the above deadlines will be rejected. In such cases, the item will be returned to you, and prevailing shipping costs will be charged.

Eligibility:

  • Only items purchased directly from our official website (https://hadae.easy.co/) or our official Instagram page are eligible for returns.

  • Refunds are issued only as store credits, within 5–10 working days. You will be notified by email. Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Condition of Returned Items:
All returned items must be:

  • In their original packaging, with tags attached

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Free of damages

  • Purchased directly from Hadae

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before processing any returns.

How to Return:

  • Submit a return request by logging into your account under “My Orders” within the applicable return period (10 working days for local, 30 working days for international orders). Only eligible items will be available for return.

  • All returns must include a completed Returns Form (download here: [Returns Form link]). Returns without the form may be rejected.

Return Methods:

  1. By Post: Send your return to:
    Hadae, H-1-03A, Gamuda Square @ Bandar Gamuda Gardens, 48050, Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia

    • Tracked postage is recommended. Hadae is not responsible for lost parcels.

  2. Drop-off: You may drop off your item at our studio between 12 PM to 6 PM daily (except Wednesdays).

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for all postage, customs duties, and taxes for returned items.

  • Items remain your responsibility until received by us. Retain proof of mailing until acknowledged.

  • Lost parcels are ineligible for return or exchange, and Hadae is not liable for any related costs.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items:

  • Inspect your order upon reception.

  • Contact us at hello.hadaeofficial@gmail.com within:

    • 3 working days for local orders

    • 10 working days for international orders

  • Provide your order number and a photograph of the item.

  • Claims made after these periods will be ineligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items

  • Items purchased from pop-up events

  • Customised or special-request items

  • Orders using promotional codes (except WELCOME10 first-timer discount & birthday discount)

  • Orders using store credits (excluding gift cards)
